Andrew is an active member of the Winnipeg music scene and is gaining attention and recognition across Canada as an accomplished multi-genre trumpet performer and educator.
In October 2022 he released his debut album “Far As The Eye Can See” with his own project, the Andrew Littleford Quintet, which features his own original jazz compositions and arrangements. His diverse musical abilities makes him one of the most sought after trumpet players on Winnipeg's vibrant music scene. Andrew is a founding member with many local ensembles including the Dirty Catfish Brass Band, Mariachi Rio Rojo, Curubande, Hot & Dirty Dance Party, Winnipeg Jazz Collective, “B” Side Champs, PRZM, and Sunny Roseland. He is also a long-standing member of the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra, Big City All Star Band, Ron Paley Big Band, and can be heard on a variety of albums with other Manitoba artists.

Andrew is also a highly respected educator, clinician and adjudicator and finds great joy in sharing his passion for music with musicians of all ages and skill levels. He has a private home trumpet studio, teaches at the Winnipeg Conservatory of Music, Westgate Mennonite Collegiate, and St Charles Catholic School.
He holds a B.Mus from Brandon University and M.Mus from the New England Conservatory of Music (Boston, MA) in Jazz Performance. More info can be found on his website andrewlittleford.com.
